random crashes, now won't open

I'm on Windows 10.

EDIT: Cancel that question, I did it. Seems to work, great!

ANOTHER EDIT! ... It doesn't work. Cent did open, which was better, but as soon as I click on Restore tabs ("Cent didn't shut down properly last time"), it's gone again.

Tried twice, then I tried ignoring the Restore button and going straight for Tabs Outliner. It didn't seem to know I was clicking on it in the toolbar, though right-click brings up the submenu as usual, but then left-click still isn't recognised. And then Cent blinks out of existence same as the other times (I tried this three times, it's consistent).

All I want is to get at my tabs list!! {frustrated}
After the browser launched, don't do anything.
Just open chrome://settings/system and disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" immediately.
By the way, you can try disabling all extensions.
